Tranquility Cove is completely non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the home at any time.Confirmation of reservation is secured with a 50% deposit payable at the time of booking. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, money orders or personal cheques in Canadian or US currency. We will require a credit card number for security deposit purposes only. We welcome children, families and pets. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival. All funds are non-refundable if the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit is taken on a credit card. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure, less any cleaning charges or long distance phone charges not charged to a calling card. A cleaning charge for 2 hours of standard cleaning at $25 CAD per hour is included. Any cleaning above and beyond two hours will be invoiced and taken from the security deposit.
